Assistance Request:
TERO does review and accept assistance requests for registered applicants that are just now starting out in the workforce with little or no income. The applicant must follow the TERO guidelines for assistance and also fill out our assistance request form. Employer verification must also be included with request.
Assistance Request Guidelines:
1.) Individual must fill out a request for assistance in typed or written format.
2.) All individuals who apply for assistance must be registered with TERO for 90 days.
3.) Individual must also provide employment verification from employer before request is evaluated for approval.
4.) Any individual on probation with TERO will not be funded for assistance or support for the length of Termination status I or II.
5.) All other resources must be exhausted before requesting assistance from TERO such as E. Shoshone & N. Arapaho WIA, TANF, etc.
6.) Provide written verification of the programs decision and if denied, state reason(s) for denial of service.
7.) Individual must also sign an obligation form. This form states that the applicant agrees that the assistance will be used for work only. If the applicant is terminated or fails to complete the project hired for they will have to remit payment back to the TERO for the amount of the assistance that was approved for.
