XTIRI Compliance
TERO Officers utilize Compliance monitoring software called XTIRI to track and monitor all project activity that are occurring on the Wind River Reservation. Services Provided:
- TERO Compliance Data
- Geo Mapping of key locations
- Tools to track Companies on Tribal Lands
- Expiration Date Alerts and Notifications
- Source Documents attached to corresponding data
- Geo Coordinates of pertinent locations (Displayed on satellite imagery)
- Manage Violations - Track Follow up
- Digital Work Permits
- Mobile App for field staff to monitor activity
Employment
Referrals are given to clients that meet the criteria for hiring. Skilled persons in the worforce are then referred to employers that are looking for positions to be filled. In most referrals a Drug Test is required and sometimes a valid Driver's License.
Map Locations of Current Projects
The TERO Compliance utilizes Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for compliance monitoring of TERO registered businesses and current projects that are currently active.
Title X - Tribal Employment Rights Code
"Section 10-1-1 - The purpose of this code is to assist in and require the fair employment of Indians on the Wind River Reservation and to prevent discrimination against Indians in the employment practices of reservation employers."
